All transfers are carried out by the professional fleet of 7Plan, licensed by Greek transportation authorities. Each vehicle is fully insured, inspected annually, and equipped with seat belts, air-conditioning, first-aid kit, and GPS monitoring.

• All drivers hold professional driving licenses and have a clean criminal record certificate.
• Any escort or assistant is trained in child care and first aid.

🧾 4. Parent Consent & Supervision

A Parent Consent Form is required for each event or party. This ensures clarity about pickup/drop-off locations, responsible adults, and emergency contacts. Only persons listed in the form can receive the child after the event.

• Children must remain seated and wear seat belts during the ride.
• No food or drink is allowed while the vehicle is moving.

All transfers are covered by professional liability and passenger insurance under 7Plan’s policy. Kids Go Party Chania is responsible only during the transfer period, not during the party itself.
